Dimitri Luedemann was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and migrated with his family to California in his teens after living in a mix of exotic places in his homeland including the Amazon. Two days graduating art school in California at ECDA he found his way east in NY. After spending 10+ years in Advertising working as a Motion Designer for some of the top studios in NY he decided to pursue Cinematography and Directing. His previous backgrounds give him a rich palette of tools and foundations and the upper hand in taking projects from pre-production through post. His personality makes it super easy to work with actors and performers by creating an environment where people are free and safe to explore their roles and expand in their collaborations.
